**Role Definition:**
Leads a team of 4 project managers, who manage development projects, development teams and application support functions. This person will manage the Microsoft contract financials and updates and collaborate with enterprise consumers for accurate billing and audit compliance.
**What You Will Do:**
+ Manage the Microsoft licenses for M365 products and services, including onboarding new products and services, renewing annual subscriptions, and provisioning additional licenses throughout the cycle.
+ Coordinate annual subscription orders and true-up for Microsoft licenses, supporting multiple product and service owners across the enterprise to ensure accurate and timely renewals.
+ Administer the financial budget for Microsoft and the department, delivering regular report-outs to leadership to maintain transparency and fiscal responsibility.
+ Partner with leadership to develop application roadmaps and provide project and change managementresources to deploy and update capabilities effectively.
+ Lead and mentor project and change managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.

+ Promotes the use of standard procedures in each function of IT services.
+ Creates criteria to measure professional services; ensures the quality of IT services.
+ Forecasts technological industry trends and potential risks in IT service management.
+ Provides insight into system optimization and development of process-focused IT services.

**Summary Pay Range:**
$144,960.00 - $217,320.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
