The Opportunity: \n

We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Program Manager (PM) with over 10 years of proven experience in program or project management roles. The ideal candidate must have a current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent education in lieu of certification. This role requires a detail-oriented and highly skilled leader with expertise in performance evaluation, change management, and strategic execution. The position demands strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities, as well as the capacity to manage and deliver on complex, interconnected projects. An active TS\/SCI security clearance is required.\n

Responsibilities:\n\nContract Management: Oversee all services and activities under the contract, ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines.\nStaffing Plans: Develop and execute staffing strategies to meet contract requirements efficiently.\nStrategic Guidance: Provide direction to multiple teams, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment of goals.\nProject Oversight: Formulate, organize, and monitor interconnected projects to ensure successful completion.\nReporting: Prepare and deliver reports to Government Program Managers, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.\nTask Deliverables: Fulfill all task management deliverables as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).\nCoordination: Collaborate with task leads to guarantee deliverable completion within agreed timelines, addressing risks proactively and communicating mitigation plans effectively.\n\n

Required Qualifications:\n\nMinimum of 10 years of proven experience as a Program Manager or in a managerial role.\nCurrent PMP certification or equivalent education in lieu of certification.\nStrong knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles.\nExcellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.\nExperience in formulating and organizing complex projects involving multiple teams.\nActive TS\/SCI security clearance required.\n\n

Preferred Qualifications:\n\nFamiliarity with government contracting and reporting requirements.\nExperience managing IT programs in secure and classified environments.\nDemonstrated ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.\n\n
