Information Technology Project Coordinator-active Top Secret

We are hiring a Information Technology (IT) Project Coordinator - Top Secret clearance to support our government customer based in Springfield, VA. The position is required to be onsite. The position requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph. Responsibilities The Information Technology (IT) Project Coordinator is responsible for leading and supporting efforts to deliver IT projects spanning across multiple functional areas and/or directorates. The IT Project Coordinator assists the faciity manager and IT generalist with managing resources, equipment, meetings, tracking/scheduling IT activities. Key Responsibilities include tracking upcoming initiatives, setting deadlines, monitoring project progression, and summarizing project status. The IT Project Coordinator performs various coordinating tasks including scheduling, management, documentation development and maintenance, stakeholder outreach, customer engagement, financial queries, and meeting facilitation. The IT Project Coordinator collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ingest internal and external IT requirements, determine interdependencies, develop and define project success criteria, coordinate personnel, manage change, and mitigate/manage risk through the project lifecycle. Qualifications Shall have 3 or more years of experience in administrative leadership, management, operations, or coordination of organizational activities, and in providing direct support to senior government officials within an Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), or similar federal agency. Demonstrated knowledge of office administration, coordination, and management activities. Demonstrated ability to effective use Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other administrative software (e.g. travel systems). Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to articulate statuses, updates, and facilitate coordination with Senior Government, Contractor, and Corporate Personnel. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Shall meet the minimum credential requirements for a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) positions as defined. Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited University. Desired Qualifications: Skilled in identifying administrative process gaps and solutions to achieve administrative efficiencies. Experience supporting multiple Government stakeholders simultaneously and serving as a liaison between the Government and contracted performers. Experience gathering and documenting directorate administrative processes. Experience with administering DoD/IC administrative policies within secure environments (e.g., visit requests, cross-domain file transfers, and security clearance processing support).
