Information Technology SME

KBR is seeking a highly qualified Information Technology SME. You will have the opportunity to support the ACIO and the GED Front Office by providing support to the GED mission, Information Technology-Information Assurance-Information Management (IT-IA-IM) policies and processes, and the Intelligence Community IT Enterprise (IC ITE). You will be working within multi-disciplinary hardware, software, system integration, and data analysis/collections teams that are creating systems that support our customer's missions/requirements. 

Responsibilities:

Participate in government and contractor sponsored System Engineering and technical exchange meetings (TEMs), Independent Review Teams, and design and program management reviews, IT-IA-IM meetings, and other forums and meetings as applicable.Coordinate, track, and assess IT-IA-IM requests (e.g. software, firewall), actions, asset status/issues (in coordination with GED Security), impacts of Chief Information Officer polices to GED assets and mission, GED cloud environment status/issues, and other IT-IA-IM activities as needed. Communicate to assist in resolving IT related issues (e.g. Help Desk tickets) for GED personnel and industry partnersProvide awareness of technical and strategic decisions and directions by other NRO Directorates and Offices that may impact GED programs, plans, and strategiesCoordinate GED responses to and prepare GED Government representative for Enterprise and Community level forums, boards, and working groups (e.g. Engineering Review Board, NRO Risk and Opportunity Management Board, and IT forums). Ensure GED position is coordinated through GED leadership and SPOsIn coordination with the GED Director's Action Group (DAG) and GED SPOs review and develop responses to technical and strategic actionsCoordinate with the GED Front Office and SPOs to develop content for technical and strategic executive-level presentations and documents (e.g. conference presentations, GEOINT fact sheets)Update, coordinate, and communicate the GED strategic plan as needed.Support GED outreach activities, to include developing and coordinating presentation material as needed

Required Qualifications:

Active TS/SCI with Poly RequiredBachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts (BS/BA) in Engineering, Math, Physics, with 10+ years of experienceDemonstrated experience working with Intelligence Community and/or DOD programsDemonstrated experience in NRO programsDemonstrated experience in GED Directorate programs and activitiesDemonstrated knowledge of Tracking Information and Enterprise Response (TIER)Demonstrated experience in managing IT-IA-IM/COMM ticket requests and policy activitiesDemonstrated working knowledge of ConfluenceDemonstrated experience interacting with senior executives to include writing correspondence or white papers, developing executive briefings, and participating in executive level meetings

Highly Desired Qualifications: 

Knowledge of the NRO System Engineering processExperience with Model Based Systems EngineeringExperience with SIGINT and GEOINT systemsExperience or knowledge of GED systemsIdeal for candidate to have a Cyber Security Background and/or Security +

Clearance: TS/SCI CI poly required
