Job Title: Senior Cloud Engineer

Job Type: Full-time

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Engineer with extensive experience in AWS cloud platforms and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong programming skills, particularly in Java and Python, and have a solid understanding of DevOps practices. You will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing cloud applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:Design and implement cloud solutions on AWS, ensuring high availability and scalability.Build AWS cloud resources and services such as Lambda, ECS, SNS, SQS etc.Develop, deploy, and manage applications using Java and Python.Utilize AWS CloudFormation and/or Terraform for infrastructure as code.Manage cloud-based databases, including Amazon RDS and Redshift.Work with Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, and Maven to develop and maintain applications.Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and cloud resource utilization.Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve cloud infrastructure and application issues.Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in cloud computing and DevOps.Deploy services on cloud and Work with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or related roles.Strong proficiency in AWS cloud platforms and services.Expertise in programming languages, particularly Java and Python.Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like AWS CloudFormation and Terraform (optional).Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions for CI/CD.Experience with cloud-based databases such as Amazon RDS and Redshift.Knowledge of Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, and Maven is highly desirable.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills.
