Information Technology Support Middletown , New York , United States | Part-time Apply with Linkedin Apply with IndeedApply Salary: $18.00 - 22.00 hourly Schedule: Training Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 1pm Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 4pm - 8pm GENERAL DESCRIPTION : Responsible for both the hardware and software maintenance in the area of Information Technology both onsite and in the cloud. They include but not limited to the electronic medical records system, core Microsoft platforms; Windows Server, Active Directory, File Share, client workstations running Windows 10 Professional. Position may require some Application Development and support. TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide onsite support Maintain and update website Collaborate with Outreach Specialist to use social media platforms for increased presence Hardware/Software maintenance Email Management, configurations, support General networking support Responding to IT Helpdesk tickets in a timely and efficient manner Engaging in weekly one-on-one supervision Execute IT onboarding with New Hires IT Documentation + Network and System infrastructure diagrams + ‘How to’, (step by step) IT procedure documentation MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate's preferred Microsoft Certification(s) a plus Six (6) months work experience in IT field SKILLS: P roficient in the implementation and use of technology Excellent interpersonal and communications skills required Excellent documentation skills Ability to multi-task problems Independently solve problems and follow through on solutions Attention to detail with the ability to present and document to Management Basic knowledge of trouble-shooting
