**Summary** The **INFOSEC Security Specialist** will support **NASA** requiring experience across all security disciplines and government agencies with an emphasis on clearance processing and personnel security, communications security, classified information systems security and physical security. Coordinates and monitors highly sensitive aspects of the DOD, Intelligence Community, other industrial security programs and related security activities, ensuring compliance with government and company security policies and procedures. **Responsibilities** + Develop and implement a Security Education and Training Program Plan as outlined in NASA Procedural Requirements. + Develop and publish a quarterly security awareness newsletter for distribution to all Center personnel. + Provide for the destruction of CUI/SBU/FOUO material in accordance with applicable regulations and directives. + Initiate investigations concerning possible or actual violations and reporting to the Central Office of Record (COR). + Provide day to day control and operation of the active SCIFs scheduling of secure conference meetings and maintenance of all required documentation + Other duties as assigned **Qualifications** + TS/SCI Clearance. + Possess a high school diploma. + Can apply information security management knowledge and remain current on national level security policies. **Estimated Salary/Wage** USD $109,470.40/Yr.
