Job SummaryTo support Infrastructure’s Corporate Technology Office (iCTO); Infrastructure Architecture and Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) Cloud Solutions departments. Lead interpersonal metrics and operations to drive efficiency within business unit. Manage delivery of all new-build Marketing Operations projects, coordinating technology and business teams and meeting time and budget requirements.
Role & Responsibilities Analyze data: Identify areas for improvement by analyzing data requirements and availability Create reports: Build reports, presentations, or proposals to communicate findings Develop plans: Develop project plans, timelines, and work Manage projects: Manage project budgets, timelines, and work Provide technical consultation: Provide technical consultation to customers when needed Identify risks: Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact project timelines or work Build links: Build and maintain long-term client relationships Lead workshops: Lead workshops and training sessions to help clients accept new practicesSkills: Data analytics, Project management skills, Knowledge of technology tools and programs, Ability to evaluate large projects, and Proficiency in internal sales/client support systems.
