Position Summary

We are looking for an Infrastructure Administrator to join our amazing CFNA team!

At CFNA, we value providing superior customer service and are committed to the successful operation of our information technology systems. We are seeking a qualified server administrator to create and maintain existing server infrastructure on-prem and in the cloud. This role will work with the infrastructure and cybersecurity teams to maintain, design, implement and troubleshoot server workloads on CFNA’s network. Responsibilities

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

Maintain and monitor physical and virtual server environments to ensure connectivity, performance and high availability. This includes configuring, installing and sunsetting servers and applications.Design and implement functional server infrastructure on-prem and in AWS cloud.Server hardening to meet security and regulatory requirements for CIS and PCIPatch management for on-prem Windows and Linux server footprints across multiple environments.Automation of routine server maintenance tasks.Managed File Transfers – maintain existing file transfer solution and implementing new SaaS MFT products.VDI environment administration, maintenance and updates.Storage.Backups & DR (Commvault backups and disaster recovery replication)Azure services administration (Entra ID, SAML integration, User Rights Management, BitLocker).Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Office365, Teams, Sharepoint)Active Directory (Group policy management, on-prem and cloud AD maintenance, DNS, DHCP).Updating and maintaining technical server and network documentationWorking on problems of moderate scope and assists with project or processes while receiving direction from leadership.Apply research towards planning, design development, testing, and completion of projects.Continues learning and expanding knowledge of organization, technology and processes.

Qualifications:

Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in an information technology field and two years of experience working with enterprise grade server environments or equivalent experience.

Preferred:

Professional certification (e.g., CompTIA Server+, Linux+, MS Azure Azure Administrator, MS Administrator Expert, AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect, AWS SysOps Administrator).

Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience
