Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized PC Hardware and Logistics Specialist to manage PC and peripheral hardware installations, moves, and cleanups across retail branches and back-office environments. This role requires hands-on coordination of logistics, vendor management, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams to ensure seamless hardware transitions.

Primary Responsibilities:

Retail Branch Hardware Coordination: Manage logistics and project oversight for branch closures, new installs, or consolidations.

Back Office Hardware Management: Oversee PC hardware moves, consolidations, and closures in back office locations.

Vendor & Installation Management: Hire and collaborate with installation vendors and technicians. Coordinate with on-site Tech Squads and warehouse partners to manage equipment logistics and orders.

System Ownership: Develop and maintain the ServiceNow Move system to efficiently track and manage hardware projects.

Education and Experience Required:

Minimum of 4 years’ higher education and/or work experience

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, Vlookups) and PowerPoint.

PC hardware troubleshooting experience.

Ability to work independently and manage projects.

Strong presentation skills.

Excellent attention to detail and project management experience.

Education and Experience Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in technology-related field

Minimum of 5 years’ higher education and/or work experience Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, PowerShell, PowerBI, and Visio is a plus.
