Job Description SummaryResponsible for supporting and maintaining critical Network Tools and related data processing platforms and services, in alignment with the GE Vernova security policies and other relevant guidelines and standards.
Key Accountabilities
• Owns and is accountable for Network tools and platform SLAs against operational commitments, ensuring service levels are consistently met and maintained across all systems
• Owns application security & compliance, taking full responsibility for ensuring application security & data integrity through comprehensive oversight and proactive management.
• Establishes a Network organization wide process for Identity and Access management, ensuring proper controls are defined, implemented and periodically reviewed with respect of the GE Vernova Access Management standards and Industry best practices.

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Own the Network Tools roadmap in alignment with the organizational strategy, modernizing the foundational tools, optimizing the service management processes for Network, enhancing user experience and strengthening our operational capabilities to deliver additional value to our businesses.Ensure compliance with all Identity &  application policies including Access management, HPA, security, and code reviews across all applications and platforms within scope, maintaining strict adherence to established standardsImplement and maintain network monitoring and outage reporting using consistent tools and approaches across multiple applications, ensuring comprehensive system visibilityLead complex, multi-disciplinary teams in resolving high-profile outages and application incidents, effectively leveraging contingent worker support teams and internal supporting organizationsManage a vendor support team of technical and functional experts, coordinating directly with cross-functional support teams to ensure timely resolution of production application issuesProactively identify and remove obstacles or barriers on behalf of the team, facilitating smooth operations and continuous improvementCreate a culture of customer focus and high performance to drive innovation through continuous customer engagement and feedback incorporationEnsure conformance to Operations support standards and practices across all managed systems and processesTake responsibility for internal IT processes including Change Control, patch application testing, coordination, and communication for outagesBuild strong team relationships with multiple stakeholders including business units, support teams, vendors, and end usersPartner with stakeholders to prioritize and lead mandatory compliance, productivity, and business initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

If contracted in the US:

The salary range for this position is 111,900.00 - 149,200.00 - 186,500.00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus. Available benefits include Health and Retirement.
