(https://www.accenture.com/us-en/services/digital-engineering-manufacturing) THE WORK: + You’ll identify differentiating factors concerning approach, design, and constructability during the construction lifecycle. + You’ll be responsible for ensuring alignment between all project stakeholders. + You’ll have accountability for managing overall project delivery. + You’ll be responsible for the project budget through effective scope management, schedule management, cost control, change control, cashflow forecasting, risk management, and implementation of recovery strategies. + You’ll participate in continuous improvement plans as directed and/or through proactive application of personal expertise. + You’ll maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of the client’s project processes, procedures, and policies and is responsible for enforcing the use and conformance thereof. + You’ll maintain a thorough understanding of the Company/Owner contract and all project correspondence and documentation. + You’ll develop and maintain continuous positive relationships with the Client and their representatives. + You’ll monitor the training of all project staff personnel in coordination with the Client and with available programs. + You’ll promote positive staff morale, professionalism, and attitude and assists to resolve potential deficiencies when identified or perceived. + Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED: + Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred, or additional four (4) years of related experience. + 5+ years of senior level construction management or design management experience. + 15+ years of project management experience. + Minimum of 2 years experience executing successful data center construction projects under design and/or construction BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: + Advanced certifications such as CCM, PMP, CEM, or CPMP. + Experience commissioning hyperscale and / or colocation data centers. + Demonstrated acumen for managing people. + Experience in either construction management role or design management role. + Ability to adapt and respond to requirements of project or client. + Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. + Exceptional organization and coordination skills. + Ability to travel or relocate to work location. + Commitment to sustainable and energy-efficient design practices.
