THE WORK:
+ You'll monitor and reconcile BIM and asset tracking data to ensure compliance with project requirements, including managing submittals and asset information related to Bond-funded projects.
+ You'll review VDC/BIM scope of work for compliance with contractual obligations for Bond projects and infrastructure, ensuring alignment with established standards.
+ You'll maintain and manage as-built data for Bond projects, utilizing systems such as SharePoint, DocView, Proliance, and BIM360 to produce and maintain accurate records and reports.
+ You'll ensure BIM/CADD standards compliance by reviewing project deliverables and collaborating with client District teams to meet Facilities Management (FM) data needs.
+ You'll support As-Built/M&O data delivery at project closeout, reviewing CAD/BIM as-built drawings and ensuring compliance with client FM data standards, including Cobie and Omniclass.
+ You'll coordinate BIM submittals by reviewing and tracking submittals for compliance with client build standards and BIM scope of services, ensuring effective communication between project teams.
+ You'll administer BIM 360 platform by conducting model reviews, workflow administration, and facilitating collaboration across project teams.
+ You'll support GIS and BIM integration by reviewing GIS and BIM deliverables for compatibility with ArcGIS Online, and assisting with platform management as needed.
+ You'll provide technical support for ESRI ArcGIS platforms, assisting with platform utilization, GIS data integration, and model database management.
+ You'll conduct site visits and meetings as needed, interfacing with college project teams to review project progress, provide supplemental modeling, and ensure project alignment with BIM standards.
+ Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. There will be both day and night shift assignments.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or closely related degree OR additional qualifying experience in excess to the minimum stated below may be substituted for the required education on a year for year basis.
+ Minimum 6 years’ recent experience in working in Architecture or Construction Management, with a specific focus on Building Information Modeling (BIM).
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
+ Knowledge/proficiency working and utilizing BIM for 4D and project coordination/clash detection.
+ Knowledge/proficiency performing modeling and coordination task within Revit / Navisworks / AutoCAD/Autodesk Recap/BIM360
+ Experience with LiDAR and Photogrammetry
+ Well-rounded experience working with Design and Construction Teams
+ Experience working with Engineers, Architects and Contractors
+ Strong knowledge of BIM workflows
+ Experience knowledge to perform data management task within SharePoint/BIM360 Docs/Bluebeam
+ Experience managing submittals and CCDs/RFIs
+ Experience knowledge to perform field survey and data collection with LiDAR scanner
