The Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for overseeing systems that control the imaging, patching, and protection of company-owned resources. As a member of the Client Services Team, you will focus on creating solutions that support, maintain, and improve these environments. A successful candidate will have experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager and other relevant skills listed below.

 

What you will be doing Design, build, and manage IT systems within a hybrid-cloud architecture, including Microsoft Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune.Plan and execute projects and related requests that support department initiatives.Safeguard the security, integrity, and confidentiality of systems and data to maintain or achieve a high security posture.Document the design, operation, and procedures of implemented solutions and technology platforms.Regularly review and optimize system performance to ensure efficient resource utilization.Troubleshoot and resolve issues; perform problem-solving, root-cause, and postmortem analyses to drive process improvements.Collaborate on best practices, standards, and processes for the design and administration of systems and solutions.Compose internal training materials and conduct training sessions where applicable.Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland’s Information Systems Security Policy. What will make you successful Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceProven experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager, including:Experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft DefenderUnderstanding of domain management principles (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP)Basic understanding of network principlesBasic understanding of SSL certificatesDetail oriented and good communications skillsProven problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsExcellent customer service orientationAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentCertifications in relevant technologies

Based on individual states’ employment laws, the following details are to comply with the relevant salary posting requirements:  base salary range of $56,000-74,000 and eligible for bonus and benefits
