Infrastructure Engineer Senior - MicroSoft Teams Voice/Room Engineer

As an Infrastructure Engineer Sr., within PNC's UCC Realtime Communication Technology organization, you can be based in Strongsville OH, Pittsburgh PA or Phoenix AZ. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft Teams Rooms Engineer to join our Real Time communication and Workspace teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the deployment and management of Microsoft Teams Rooms, as well as the administration of applications such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, App-Space and ITV. This role requires strong knowledge of conference room audio and video design, equipment, and associated technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Deploy and manage Microsoft Teams Rooms, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. - Administer and support collaboration applications including Microsoft Teams and Zoom. - Design and optimize conference room audio and video systems to enhance user experience. - Configure and maintain related AV equipment, ensuring consistent operation. - Utilize PowerShell, Intune and Graph API for automation and management of Teams-related tasks. - Support and maintain the Microsoft Teams Rooms environment and BYOM, including hardware and software components. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AV systems and collaboration tools. - Provide training and support to end-users on the use of Teams Rooms and collaboration applications. - Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement and support AV solutions. - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement improvements. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree - Proven experience in deploying and managing Microsoft Teams Rooms. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other collaboration tools. - Expertise in conference room AV design, including audio and video equipment. - Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Graph API. - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure and its services. - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate) are a plus.
