As a. Infrastructure Engineers you will design, configure and implement robust & resilient technology solutions that meet business objectives. They do this with a focus on automation and systems monitoring, ensuring supportable and reliable operations. They participate in IT and business projects, provide support, and consult with other members within IT including development groups, Front Line IT, or Infrastructure Operations.

Key Responsibilities
•    Serve as a project resource on the design and implementation of technology solutions that meet business requirements, often working on a few small projects concurrently
•    Work on tasks independently to a desired outcome, with minimal direct supervision; commonly utilizing prescribed & documented procedures
•    Work across Global Infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to technology implementation
•    Interface with operational support teams to resolve basic technical and configuration issues
•    Create documentation to enable operational support
•    Serve as a technical mentor for junior members of the team; assisting in technical decision making and problem management
•    Identify process improvement opportunities, including automation

Qualifications 
•    Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent experience
•    3+ years of experience in platform engineering or similar discipline such as software or cloud engineering
•    Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent job experience
•    3+ years of experience working within IT Infrastructure
•    Proficient with one or more technologies within the candidate’s specialization area
•    Working knowledge of operating systems and systems software
•    Effective project management skills
•    Exposure to automation and scripting languages, including PowerShell
