We are searching for a Top Secret cleared Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in Quantico, VA.
As an Infrastructure Engineer for this program, you will provide engineering solutions scalability, failover/recovery, disaster recovery planning, monitoring, security and performance. You will also work with Sr. System Administrators to perform Desktop, application, and interface support and administration. Responsible for responding to a variety of system administration related requests. Manages software desktops and Virtual images. Installation/configuration, operations and maintenance of system hardware and software related to infrastructure. Assist with installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of laptops/desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software within established standards and guidelines. Work with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems. Maintain user accounts. Interact with numerous computer platforms in a multi-layered client server environment. Perform server administration. Perform patch maintenance. Knowledge of Windows server, Exchange/Outlook, TCP/IP and various internet servers (DNS, NAT, IPSec, HTTP/HTTPS, SSH, SNMP).
Responsibilities\:
A typical day in the life of a tester on this program involves
• Windows Server Administration
• Active Directory/DNS/DHCP/Group Policy familiarity
• WSUS patching, vulnerability mitigation, and STIG scanning/implementation
• Hands on experience with Virtualized environments to include servers and desktop deployments. (i.e, Build a server or VM form the ground up)
• Storage Management (Bonus) – some but not NetApp
• Some Help Desk support

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (1 year of education = 1.5 years of experience)Clearance Required\: Top Secret
