Overview
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Enterprise Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-velocity architecture solutions that meet business requirements and drive digital transformation. In this executive leadership role, you will oversee a team of solution architects reporting directly to you. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of infrastructure architecture, including network, storage, cloud, and security, and a proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects.

Deliver high-velocity architecture solutions that meets business requirements and aligns with enterprise architecture standards. Lead the development of infrastructure solutions, including data center, network, storage, and cloud computing. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business needs and define solution requirements. Establish and communicate cloud governance standards across the business, aligning with company objectives. Ensure infrastructure solutions are integrated with existing systems and meet security and compliance requirements. Analyze and identify opportunities to optimize technology spending, focusing on cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality or performance. Ensure all cloud and infrastructure solutions comply with relevant regulations and standards, and assess risks associated with technology choices. Driving architectural decisions for the Infrastructure Technology Portfolio, having a direct financial correlation to company results and performance. Directly manage a team of Solution Architects, providing leadership, mentorship, and career development. Evaluate and select appropriate vendors and technologies, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic goals. Conduct architectural assessments and provide recommendations for improvement. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud and infrastructure architectures, standards, promoting best practices throughout the organization and providing training as necessary. Maintain a working knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into the enterprise architecture were beneficial. Minimum Qualifications
12+ years of proven industry experience, with 7+ years in the enterprise/solution architecture roles, focusing on cloud and infrastructure. Extensive knowledge and experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure & GCP Experience in Linux and Windows systems. Proficiency with DevSecOps and agile development methodologies. Proficiency with containerization (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes) Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies, including: Data center design and operations Network architecture and security. Storage solutions and data management Cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Security architecture (e.g. firewalls, access control, encryption) Experience with infrastructure architecture patterns, including: Microservices Service-oriented architecture. Event-driven architecture Experience with cloud migration and hybrid cloud environments. Strong communication and collaboration skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Strong storytelling and presentation skills Demonstrated resilience and resourcefulness when faced with challenges in business facets. Excellent ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with business partners at all levels (including executive leadership) to elicit business needs and formulate solutions.
