Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the west metro for an IT Manager. You will be in charge of ensuring the essential design, support, and overall administration of our technology infrastructure. Your role will cover a broad range of areas including compute, storage, network, security, systems administration, cloud services, hosting services, and co-location sites. Responsibilities: • Oversee the design and implementation of IT infrastructure systems • Manage network and systems administration across multiple facilities • Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, availability, and security of the technological environment • Administer cloud services including Azure, AWS, etc • Handle security administration and the deployment of security solutions • Work with Microsoft Active Directory • Maintain a strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM • Utilize a variety of skills including Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, CRM, Dell Technologies, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, Active Directory, Auditing, Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, SQL Server, Network Administration, Network Infrastructure, Network Security • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the field of IT infrastructure Requirements • Proven work experience with a minimum of 15 years in a similar role. • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Cisco Technologies. • Proficiency in Cloud Technologies, including implementation and management. • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. • Familiarity with Dell Technologies, particularly in a manufacturing context. • Proficient in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning software, including implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. • Hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting Active Directory. • Knowledge and experience in auditing processes, particularly within a manufacturing environment. • Mastery of Backup Technologies, with a focus on security and data integrity. • Solid understanding of Computer Hardware, including troubleshooting and maintenance. • Experience in Configuration Management, preferably in a manufacturing setting. • Proficiency in SQL Server administration and management. • Extensive experience in Network Administration, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance. • Deep understanding of Network Infrastructure, including planning, implementation, and management. • Strong knowledge of Network Security, including the creation and implementation of security protocols.
