System Monitoring: Monitor system performance and solve issues to ensure optimal functionality and reliability. Upgrades and Patches: Perform regular system upgrades and apply patches to maintain security and performance. Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for middleware configurations, processes, and procedures. Collaboration: Work closely with development, network, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of middleware solutions. Security: Implement and enforce security measures to protect middleware systems from vulnerabilities and threats. Support: Provide technical support and guidance to users and other IT staff regarding middleware issues. **Qualifications:** Experience: Proven experience in middleware administration and engineering.
