Infrastructure Modernization Strategic Policy Advisor
Maximus TCS (Technology and Consulting Services) Internal Job Profile Code: TCS162, P6, Band 9 Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize mission applications and hosting to support Joint C2 Policy and JADC2, enhancing warfighting capabilities across all operational domains (air, land, maritime, space, cyberspace). • Provide subject matter expertise in enterprise strategy, policy, programmatic analysis, and resource assessments for joint and Component-level C2 capabilities, including key systems like GCCS, JPES, and DJC2. • Conduct assessments of C2 systems for compliance with Department guidance, standards, performance, scalability, and interoperability. • Develop analytical products identifying critical C2 capabilities, gaps, and modernization roadmaps to guide the evolution of joint C2 capabilities. • Conduct technical assessments of DoD policies impacting C2 capabilities and prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations to address identified issues. • Analyze coalition C2 policies and programs to enhance interoperability, and assess non-C2 policies that influence joint C2 capabilities. • Collaborate withsenior DoD stakeholders and prepare briefings to summarize findings, insights, and policy recommendations.
Requirements:
• Due to Federal requirements all candidates must be U.S. citizens. Green card holders cannot be considered.• Active Secret clearance • Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Policy, Program Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related discipline). • 15+ years of experience in program management, policy analysis, or related fields, with a focus on supporting DoD governance processes and modernization efforts. • Strong understanding of program management processes, policy development, and governance in the context of DoD initiatives. Proficient in analyzing, reporting, and managing project data and information.
