We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Coordinator to be the point-of-contact to help communicate with clients, coordinate internal resources and assist the PMO with a variety of networking and data center projects.  The ideal Infrastructure Project Coordinator should be very well-organized as you will be tasked with multiple small-mid sized projects at one time.  The Infrastructure Project Coordinator should be comfortable communicating with external clients in order to complete crucial deadlines:

 

• escalate and help resolve all technology issues for clients. Understand business priorities and translate business needs to technology needs

•              manage technology projects.

•              help communicate IT policies & procedures, and project updates to the client(s) when needed.

•              identify, drive and implement technology solutions for CLIENT (applications and infrastructure).

•              plan, deploy and deliver infrastructure and support that best supports the enterprise and the client.

•              Team player with strong collaboration skills with other IT resources and ability to present a service-oriented face of IT to the client(s) and internal Engineering Delivery Team.

•              Availability to support off hours customer implementations as needed.

 

Requirements:

 

•              3+ years' experience in a Project Coordinator role with a focus in infrastructure.

•              Hands on networking experience and/or understanding is a plus.

•              PMP, ITIL, MCITP, MCTS, Network+, A+, CSSA, CCNA, ACTC, ACSP, CISSP, MSCE, etc. are a nice to have.

•              Deep understanding of data networks, data centers, communications technology, help desk and support, server and storage operations and administration, and system access, security and business continuity.

•              Budget/Financial management.

•              Established experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences.

•              Exceptional prioritization and organizational skills.
