The Project Manager will actively manage Enterprise-wide projects in accordance with PMO procedures. Performing industry standard PM tasks from the product business case to post-implementation to include the coordination of delivery, testing, debugging, issue resolution, change requests and team moral. This individual has strong written and verbal communication skills and works well in a changing environment.
Ž Manage the day to day operational and tactical aspects of a minimum of 2-3 large scale projects.
Ž Plan, organize and monitor all activities of the internal and external members of the project team
Ž Assist in the prioritization of project activities
Ž Take appropriate action to track, identify, mitigate and minimize company’s exposure to risks
Ž Manage the scope of the project
Ž Maintain overall project schedule and the delivery of expected objectives
Ž Track and monitor project issues; Confront issues openly and quickly. Escalate to the appropriate management
level when necessary particularly those that impact budget, scope or milestones
Ž Report on time status of project and major milestones as well as progress made against plan
Ž Actively lead, motivate, and challenge teams
Ž Take accountability for the delivery of the project
Ž Timely submission and approval of time reports and expenses.

ŽFacilitate in order to ensure meeting productivity and proper focus is maintained
ŽDocument Agendas/Minutes/Actions and decisions
Ž Ensure adherence to company’s agreed methodologies (SDLC, OPDS, Agile) during the project life cycle
Ž Actively work with company Resource Manager to report resource needs and utilization levels
Ž Prepare and present project updates and phase reviews to company’s governance bodies (e.g. PSC)
Ž Assist with the identification and implementation of process improvements
Ž Proactively manage the project’s critical path with CFT to identify areas of pull in Manages third-party partner and/or vendor relationships, as necessary
Ž Ensures that client drivers and priorities are understood and addressed. Frames decision-making based on business trade-offs
Ž Develops relationships with key project stakeholders and ensures appropriate level of participation throughout project life cycle
Ž Ensures the use of best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.
