ABOUT THE ROLE
The Infrastructure Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing infrastructure integration projects as part of the M&A Integration Team. This role reports to the M&A Program Manager. The Infrastructure Project Manager will ensure HUB standards for quality, timeline, and budget are met and strategic synergies are achieved as a result of infrastructure integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning
Develop project plans and timelines to ensure the efficient allocation of resources and completion of infrastructure integrationsCreate and manage the project plans in collaboration with the M&A Integration team and business stakeholdersWork with third-party vendor partners, business stakeholders, and other members of the M&A Integration team to ensure the appropriate resources will be available when and where they are neededCollaborate and communicate with other project managers and leaders to coordinate cross-project initiatives and activitiesPerform integration closeout activities as they relate to transitioning to steady stateProject Execution
Conduct full life cycle project process management, including gathering/qualifying requirements to ensure quality is addressed through all phases of each projectDrive and track progress of internal engineering work streams for designated infrastructure capabilities (e.g. messaging, desktop, network, telephony, hardware procurement, Citrix and application packaging, data and application migration)Identify and communicate issues, risks, and/or changes throughout the infrastructure integration process in accordance with PMO governance and methodologyManage activities related to transitioning the acquired business to a steady state within HUBContinuous Improvement
Facilitate continuous improvement of M&A integration processes and deliverables aligned with performance excellence initiatives and through execution of a post-mortem feedback loopContribute to continuous improvement initiatives to create a better, faster, easier integration experience for each M&A dealTeam Leadership and Management

Well-grounded in project management and has a solid understanding of how the M&A integration process works3 – 5 years of project management with experience in delivering large scale programsBachelor's Degree in business management, engineering, or related disciplineExperience planning, managing, scheduling, and directly supervising resources on project activitiesExperience working in a matrix organization, effectively communicating, collaborating, and executing with teams not under direct controlBringing new acquisitions into a buyer company, familiar with the M&A process stepsDelivering multiple (6 or more) complex initiatives concurrently while demonstrating a high level of organization and attention to detailWorking in insurance, brokerage, and/or financial services industry experience, particularly with highly acquisitive M&A Integration activityConsulting experience is a plusUnderstanding of the infrastructure integration processAgent of change mentality: actively seeks and recognizes opportunities to change processes or behaviors to create more value for Hub through integration process improvements, or technology changesProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferredAbility to travel up to 10% of time. Disclosure required under applicable law in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, and Washington states: The expected base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $130,000 plus commission which is paid on a monthly pay cycle, with no draw. As such, the applicable wage range will be derived from the successful candidate’s closed sales transactions. The commission structure varies based on scope of work and book of business. The salary range will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
