Role: Infrastructure Project manager with DR experienceLocation: Remote
Job Summary We are looking for a multifaceted and experienced individual who can lead our scrum teams and manage our disaster recovery infrastructure with ease. The job requires to have a strong background in agile methodologies and a proven track record of successfully leading scrum teams. Additionally, they should possess extensive experience in infrastructure disaster recovery, ensuring that our systems and processes are resilient and can quickly recover from any unforeseen events. Key responsibilities for this role will include facilitating daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospective sessions, as well as coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project turning points. The Scrum Master will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks related to infrastructure DR, developing and maintaining DR plans, and conducting regular DR testing to validate the effectiveness of our recovery strategies. In terms of qualifications, we are looking for someone with a Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent), along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. The candidate should also have hands-on experience with infrastructure DR tools and technologies, as well as a deep understanding of standard processes in this area.
