Infrastructure Senior Tech Analyst

Citibank, N.A. seeks an Infrastructure Senior Tech Analyst for its Tampa, Florida location.
Duties: Plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects. Track execution of information technology projects and monitor program objectives, schedules, funding, and staffing. Analyze and define systems scope and objectives for technology solutions for large-scale global strategic and business transformations initiatives. Liaise with business to manage technical aspects of technology projects. Prioritize backlog with product owners and draft user stories for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) business intelligence platform. Manage documentation of program and projects artifacts. Design testing approaches and reporting streams, and automate repetitive tasks. Apply SCRUM methodologies for technology project execution. Using SQL, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Oracle, Microsoft Project Plan, and JIRA for Business As Usual (BAU) tasks. Review and finalize roll-out plan for AML business intelligence platform. Liaise with business stakeholders in global change control board meeting to finalize scope of product release and track technology project budgets for AML business intelligence platform. Enhance technology applications by automating manual activities. Coordinate with business users to define process identifiers and visualizations using MicroStrategy. Analyze gaps in business processes and provide solutions. Perform project management for application development using project tracking system. Manage risk and issue tracking and perform system updates in conformity with business-critical milestones. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Systems, or related field and 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related position involving monitoring and budgeting technology projects and conducting business and data analysis for project developments for the financial services industry. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in the specified fields and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the above positions. 3 years of experience must include: Apply project management and business analysis within compliance and financial technologies; Utilize JIRA for technology requirements analysis and case development; Conduct data analytics using SQL, Tableau, MicroStrategy, and Oracle; Maintain operating system applications; and IT project coordination of software changes. 2 years of experience must include: Utilize agile methodologies including SCRUM and Iterative development.
