Infrastructure Services Sr Analyst

Job Description:

Responsibilities
1.    Administration of Incidents or Requests related to Feedhub and Informatica Applications
2.    Weblogic, JBOSS and CaaS administration, configuration, deployment and security check and verification
3.    Knowledge of Autosys Basic Commands, View of Output Logs, Error Logs and Scripts
4.    Filetransfers via Feedhub management, administration of IDs and SSH Keys 
5.    UNIX Basic Fundamentals such as logging in, deployment, logs and nodes management
6.    Informatica session and workflow logs management. Informatica administration via Autosys 
7.    Certificate Installation and Investigation on Non-Production from CSR Creation, issuance of signed certificate, coordination, review and validation, importing of certificate to validation of functionality 
8.    Functional ID management through CyberArk
9.    Addition of Layer7 clients
10.    ServiceNow Monitoring, Incident and Change management 
11.    Documentation and Reporting
12.    Problem Management on recurring issues 
13.    Availability Management 

Core Competencies:
•    Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree
•    Worked with a team and acted as a good team player
•    Led or performed primary support role for one or more service or technology area
•    Minimum of 2 years experience in providing support to customers using incident, requests, problem and change management
•    Minimum of 2 years experience on application technologies and products in area of focus such as Azure,Weblogic, JBOSS, CaaS, Feedhub, Informatica, Autosys, Feedhub, CyberArk, ServiceNow or its equivalent
•    Background in Salesforce is preferred
•    Background in Windows and/or Unix platforms is preferred
•    Background in ITIL process is preferred
•    Candidate must demonstrate excellent verbal and written English communication skills
