**Your role and responsibilities**
Ops Leads are to lead a Sub-Group having (30-40) direct reports. Based on need of the App specialisation
* Performs KTLO as well as other activities that are more complex and critical
* 90% of time spent on supervision activities
* Operations Excellence
* Prepares Supervisory Checklist to see KTLO performance data, to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
* Accountable for making sure that all KTLO activities are being delivered with quality and as scheduled.
* Service Delivery Management
* Manages & leads a Service Group to oversee and monitor completion of KTLO activities. Provides guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure team success
* Manages Team Leads - Inspection of Work and resolving key issues for Team Leads to proceed with the tasks
* Metrics & Reporting
* Establishes and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service operations performance, providing regular reporting and insights to management
* Communication and Collaboration
* Fosters open communication and collaboration within the Sub-Group and other Sub-Groups as well, to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Training and Development
* Identifies training needs and develops training programs to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality service.
* Innovation
* Promotes an Innovative environment, encourages the generation of new ideas for improvement from team members
**Required technical and professional expertise**
1. A recognized diploma / degree in IT or related discipline
2. At least 2 years of hands-on experience in software development and maintenance support
3. Possesses an excellent understanding of business requirements and IT strategies
4. General Understanding of Internet and Intranet server/application architecture and experience in working with medium/large systems involving multitier architecture and interface/integration to other systems.
5. Experience in implementing multiple websites/web applications on same platforms with interdependency of data and shared features will be advantageous.
6. Possess strong MS platform knowledge and skills.
7. Excellent knowledge of programming / systems analysis, quality assurance, prototyping, construction, integration, and migration functions
