Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Infrastructure Support Manager to join our team in the Chantilly, VA area. The Infrastructure Support Manager is responsible for the overall management and operation of the IT infrastructure, ensuring the reliable and efficient CA/CST operation of systems and services across multiple geographic locations outside the responsibility of Diplomatic Technology.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Lead a team of system architects engineers and administrators creating and sustaining operational hardware and software platforms.Oversee the daily operations of the IT infrastructure, including monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.Manage and develop infrastructure support teams, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.Ensure the infrastructure meets defined service levels and complies with government regulations and policies.Optimize, standardize, and improve infrastructure solutions, including migration to cloud environments.Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.Analyze infrastructure performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance infrastructure reliability and efficiency.

Basic Qualifications:

A Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationIntermediate Level ITIL v4 certificationA bachelor's degreeA minimum of (7) seven years of experience managing IT infrastructure operations in a geographically dispersed environmentStrong understanding of IT infrastructure hardware, software, and networking technologiesExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Strong leadership and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or equivalentCisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Data CenterDell EMC Storage Administration SpecialistNetApp Certified Data Administrator, ONTAPOracle Certified Professional (OCP)Linux+ CompTIA or CompTIA Server+Experience migrating data centers to the cloud.Experience with design, installation, and troubleshooting of legacy and new applications.Experience in a client/server environment.Experience with Windows and Linux based systems.Experience with Agile methodologies.

Clearance Requirements:

Must be a U.S. citizenMust hold a current Top-Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
