Adecco Medical & Science is hiring an Infusion Pharmacist in Bend, Oregon! This role is in person / onsite. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration. **Type:** Four-month contract, possibility for extension or fulltime offer **Schedule:** Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm local time Rotating shifts for weekends with on call schedule **Pay:** $65.00 to $69.00 an hour **Responsibilities of the Infusion Pharmacist:** + This position supports the chronic workflow needs required by patient volume/demand. + Programs infusion control devices as indicated. + Provides consultation and answers inquires from patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals regarding drug and their use. + Maintains thorough and appropriate documentation in the patient/client record of all clinical activities and communication with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. + Participates in the preparation of progress reports for the referring physician on a regular, periodic basis. + Supervises, coordinates and/or participates in the preparation of sterile admixtures, dispenses all pharmaceutical and related supplies and equipment in accordance with federal, state and local laws and standards of practice which govern the profession of pharmacy. + Processes and checks all medications, supplies and equipment prior to dispensing from the pharmacy. + Maintains pharmacy records in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. **Qualifications of the Infusion Pharmacist:** + BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D degree + Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in Oregon + No prior compounding or 797 experience needed + Prior retail experience is preferred + New graduates welcome! **Why work for Adecco?** Weekly Pay on Friday 401(k) Plan Skills Training Excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits **Pay Details:** $65.00 to $69.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
