Sentara Home Care Services Chesapeake is now seeking an Infusion Pharmacy Coordinator!

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm and 9:30am - 6:00pm.

**THIS IS A ROTATING SHIFT THAT WILL CHANGE WEEKLY**

This position is administrative and will consist of answering phones, processing medication refills, work with intake to process new referrals, calling patients for supply needs and working with the delivery team to set up deliveries for patients. You will work directly with other technicians and pharmacists to complete refills and referrals.

Qualifications:

HS- High School Grad or Equivalent requiredLicensed with the Commonwealth of VA Board of Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician required6 months of retail pharmacy experience preferredPTCB or NHA preferred
