The After Hours Nurse Clinician provides direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy for patients in the home, clinic or alternate living site.  This is accomplished through collaboration and coordination with the patient and/or caregiver, the physician, other health care providers and the payer.  This position functions as a professional role model by demonstrating competency in all phases of the nursing process, collaborating with other health care workers to promote quality patient care, and acting as a resource for home care nursing staff for patients with infusion home care needs.  This position acts as the primary communication link during off hours, by providing triage to patients and families.

Required Qualifications:

Graduate of accredited school of nursing. Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License or Upon hire: Idaho Registered Nurse License or Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License  Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Upon hire: Must be licensed in states wherever care is delivered 2 years Critical Care, Oncology or Home Infusion experience
