In this Role, your responsibilities will Be:

Define the theoretical processes capacity and demonstrate their real capacity. Propose cost reduction initiatives in the operation Implement layouts, systems, equipment and forms of operation to improve productivity with the highest quality and at the lowest cost. Define optimal work processes for each product manufactured in the machining area. Define and monitor the implementation of best practices through Lean Manufacturing methodologies

For this role, You Will Need

Mechanical Engineer Administrator or similar Minimum experience of 5 years in manufacturing engineering Drawings Interpretation (GD&T) Intermediate-advanced English Knowledge of CNC and lathes process, automation processes, line balancing activities, capacity calculation, ergonomics terms, continuous improvement, kaizen, 5's and PDCA Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Manufacturing engineer experience
