**Job Description Summary** The Jr. Process Sustainability Engineer is responsible of the production processes and their documentation. Provides the perspective of the process during interdisciplinary investigations. Likewise, being in charge of following up on the necessary activities to implement improvements to the production processes and procedures. Ensures the process validated status and other entities involved in the manufacture of the product. Become a maker of possible with us! **Job Responsibilities:** _(Primary Duties, Roles, and/or Authorities)_ + Develops new manufacturing procedures, sort/rework procedures, visual aids; updates and improvements the ones in existence, making sure that the productive process documents are friendly and reflect the current practice properly. + Brings training to the operative personnel in the process documents. + Participates in the elaboration of tools of assessment of risks in the process (for example: Risk Assessment, Fault Tree Analysis and FMEA). + Participates in the determination of the monitoring in the critic machines of the unit. + Brings technical support to the Business Units in activities related to validation and manufacturing. + Proposes and recommends changes for the continuous improvement of the process, products, procedures, and methods focused on problems prevention. + Participates in the process of designing of manufacturing and assembly tools, as well as fail-safe devices (poka-yokes, etc.). + Carries on Process Develop Studies to identify the critics variables of the processes, and determinate the parameter window of the process to validate (except for the ones related to sterile barrier and molding). + Plans and runs validation studies to analyze the process ability to provide products that meets consistently and reproducibly with the quality specifications and attributes (except those related with sterile barrier, molding). + Participates in internal and external audits, as well as the activities derived from those audits, including corrective/preventive action plans. **Education and Experience:** Preferably, degree in Electronic, Mechatronic, and/or Industrial Engineering. Preferably, experience in Lean tools. Preferably, basic knowledge in statistics. Preferably, six months of experience in a similar job. **Knowledge and Skills:** Leadership. Negotiation capability. Capability of maintaining a positive work environment. Management of tracking and documentation electronic systems. Effective one level up, one level down, lateral communication. Able to assess processes (productive and administrative), as well as identify and eliminate no value-added activities. Urgency sense. Administration of time and multiple assignations. Ability in norms, standards, and procedures interpretation.
