Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Material Handling Technician to join their team. As a Material Handling Technician, you will be part of the operations team supporting various Pilot Plant activities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Ingredient Handling Technician **Location:** Bridgewater, NJ **Pay Range:** $22-$25/hourly **What's the Job?** + Execute daily tasks in accordance with material management best practices to minimize inventory adjustments. + Assist in batch preparation by locating and pulling materials and supporting weigh ups for trials. + Manage inbound and outbound material effectively, ensuring proper warehousing and finished goods material management. + Support operations in a safe and conscientious manner, adhering to all safety protocols. + Work independently on related duties requested by supervisors with minimal instruction. **What's Needed?** + High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience. + Exposure to material handling and/or production environments. + Experience operating in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environment with minimal guidance. + Ability to lift 50 lbs. as required by the job, including repetitive motions. + Familiarity with operating lift tables, pump carts, and hydraulic pallet jacks. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. + Gain valuable experience in a leading manufacturing setting. + Develop skills in material handling and production processes. + Contribute to innovative projects within the Pilot Plant. + Be part of a culture that values safety and operational excellence.
