**Injection Mold Technician** **Job Description** Setup and operate 300-ton Arburg injection mold machines. Adjust and monitor pressure, feed rates, and temperatures. Perform quality inspections for flash, shorts, and deformations. Ensure on-time completion, quality, and cost targets associated with the implementation of new injection mold machines setup and operation. Create procedures, work instructions, and protocols as required. Improve productivity and reduce scrap/reject rates through automation, tool/process improvements, effective training of production personnel, and process enhancements.
