**Job Title: Injection Mold Technician** **Job Description** **Join Our Team!** + We are excited to invite a skilled **Injection Mold Technician** to become part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in setting up injection molding machines, changing molds, and ensuring smooth job startups. Your expertise will help us maintain high standards of machine performance and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** + Set up injection molding machines and change out molds with precision. + Ensure new jobs start up correctly for optimal production. + Monitor machine and mold performance to maintain quality. + Troubleshoot any issues with machines and molds effectively. + Work with robotics, including Epsin, Yushin, and Yaskawa/Motoman. + Start and operate 3 and 6 axis robots. + Communicate with maintenance and management regarding repairs and breakdowns. + Promote a safe and clean work environment. **Essential Skills:** + Experience in injection molding. + Strong robotic troubleshooting skills. + Ability to change molds and perform color changes. + Mechanical aptitude and proficiency in basic math for accurate data recording. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + Team player with a willingness to learn about robotics. **Why Work Here?** + Join a company that believes in second chances and offers comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, and 401k.
