Injection Mold Technician
**Job Title: Injection Mold Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking an Injection Mold Technician who will be responsible for setting up injection molding machines, changing out molds, and ensuring new jobs start up correctly. The technician will monitor the performance of machines and molds, troubleshoot any issues, and operate 3 and 6 axis robots. This role also involves communicating with maintenance and department managers regarding breakdowns and repairs, as well as promoting safety and housekeeping in the work area. **Responsibilities** + Set up injection molding machines and change out molds. + Ensure new jobs start up correctly. + Monitor machine and mold performance, troubleshooting any issues. + Troubleshoot robotics including Epsin, Yushin, and Yaskawa/Motoman. + Start and operate 3 and 6 axis robots. + Communicate with maintenance and department managers regarding breakdowns and repairs. + Promote safety and housekeeping, keeping the area clean. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Willingness to learn about robotics **Why Work Here?** We are a 2nd Chance Employer offering full benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401k. The position is for the 1st shift, consisting of 8-hour shifts with minimal overtime. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
