Job Description:

Location: Northborough, Massachusetts

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Injection Molding Operator – 1st Shift, to join our production team in Northborough, MA.

The Injection Molding Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating injection molding machines, inspecting the produced parts for defects, and maintaining and troubleshooting the machinery as necessary.

Responsibilities:

-Operates a liquid injection molding press
-Assists in cleaning/loading/unloading ovens
-Review, document and input, readings on work orders
-Package silicone products in package room
-Feed silicone into Extruder Barrel
-Help clean/load/unload ovens
-Able to use a bag sealer
-Safely operate a multi-ton liquid injection press
-Support Quality, Safety, and Environmental Programs

Desired Background/Skills:

-Our ideal candidate has hands-on experience in an industrial setting and is familiar with the safety procedures and quality control standards related to injection molding.
-Available to work 1st shift from 6 am till 2:30 pm with opportunity for overtime.
-Reliable transportation.
-Can read and communicate in basic English.
-A candidate with clean room and machine operation experience is preferred.
