Responsibilities:
Maintain operation of all molding presses in the molding department.
Perform all quality inspection operations and adhere to routing systems as specified on the Work Order.
Perform packaging operations, including bagging, boxing, and moving boxes.
Read and interpret blueprints, use measuring tools, and perform quality inspections as required per the Work Orders.
Monitor production on all presses within the Plastic Injection Molding Department.
Interface with Set-up Technicians and the Department Manager for smooth production flow.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
1-2 years of experience in related mechanical manufacturing or assembly operations.
Familiarity with various hand tools, assembly tooling fixtures, heat sealers, stencils, and other relevant machinery.
Ability to lift 30 lbs., handle components, and assemble small intricate parts with good manual dexterity.
Ability to recognize assembly problems and equipment breakdowns, and report them to supervisors.
Excellent understanding of blueprint reading and inspection of parts.
