Job details We are looking for an Injection Molding Process Technician for our manufacturing client in Cary, NC. The Injection Molding Process Technician is responsible for mold installation and removal, start-up and troubleshooting of existing jobs, and direction of workstation set-up and effectiveness. The Injection Molding Process Technician will aid in determining process ability to establish the largest process window while meeting customer specifications and profitability. ...
Responsibilities:
- Ability to perform all duties of Set-Up Technician
- Mold installation and removal
- Interacts with all departments to recommend, implement and follow through processing problems and maintaining optimum process conditions
- Maintain process data logs and process set-up sheets
- Machine start-up and shutdowns
- Procure and analyze IQMS data
- Communication with shift personnel to ascertain equipment effectiveness and reliability
- Maintaining Set-up equipment condition, organization, and inventories
- Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to product, process and quality systems
- Assist in training of Set-Up Tech personnel
- Perform other duties as required

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

- Working knowledge of process troubleshooting and mold setting
- Ability to read and interpret part prints
