Temp-to-Hire position$27.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst Shift (Sunday through Saturday from 06:00am to 06:00pm)Work Schedule:
Rotating shift which means you will work 2 days, be off 2 days, work 3 days. You will be required to work every other weekendDuties:
Develop operational procedures to be conducted on mold shop and train technicians on the proper maintenance techniquesEnsure adherence to processes and procedures to comply with safe requirements, guaranteeing mold’s care and quality productsReview incoming work orders and carefully execute cleaning and maintenance activities on moldsDiagnose damage on molds and define the proper maintenance to be conductedRoutinely inspect molds for conformance with operational standardsPropose internal improvements in processesRequisition of tools, equipment and supplies required for operationsElaborate and manufacture pieces or parts for molds, machines, stackers as needed on the machinery available (CNC and manual machines)Ensure that changes of cavities meet the specifications required by production into the timeframeCompile operational records, such as repair and maintenance statistics and testing resultsDo changeovers and mold assessments as neededPerform other related dutiesInjection Molding Processor Qualifications:
Previous injection mold experience requiredMust be familiar with GMPsAbility to lift 50lbsResume is required for this positionSteel toe boots required for this siteApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
