What you will be doing as Inland Railway Logistic Specialist in Dnipro?
Managing and oversee the operation of the wagon fleet, including maintenance, repairs. Coordinate daily logistics operation with the railway stations and plants. Prepare and formalize necessary documents for railway operations, such as railway bills, transportation documents and others, using platforms like E-Portal, Train MAP and Mesplan. Collects and update logistics data in the central ERP system. Handling contracts with wagon owners, including drafting, reviewing, and managing agreements for rented railcars. Verifying all station-related documents, including cost deductions and additional charges for transport services Calculate and monitor transportation costs, optimizing expenses for rail logistics operations.
What do we expect from our future Inland Railway Logistic Specialist?
Minimum 3 years of working experience on similar position, Experience with railway logistic, Strong analytical skills and high level of attention to details, Ability to work under pressure and deliver timely results, MS Office, Excel user, TM Map, E-portal, Mesplan.
Nice to have:
English skills, Experience in Agribusiness, University degree in Economics /Logistic & transportation, specialization “Organization of transportation and management on railway transport” (“Організація перевезень і управління на залізничному транспорті”).
