Role Description:
We are recruiting for an individual to join our newly formed team of associates responsible for the completion of Inline Quality Assurance, based across Chester and Bromley. The team will cover the internal review of proposed EMEA region account openings and treasury solution implementations for Clients, who have chosen Bank of America for their treasury & cash management products and services.
As a part of the Inline Quality Assurance team the successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn a wide range of treasury products, apply critical thinking and continuously look for process improvements in order to mitigate risk.
Responsibilities:
You will complete Quality Assurance Checks on Treasury Products and Services.You will provide structured feedback and supporting information to associates in real-time.You will support the reviews of errors, to identify key themes and develop coaching and training sessions to improve performance.You will partner with colleagues across the department to implement required changes to procedures and processes to mitigate risk.What we are looking for:
