About the Role:
We are seeking an Innovation Lead for our Single-Use & Integrated Platform Solutions (SUIPS) franchise.
This role is integral to fostering a culture of creativity, developing strategic innovation roadmaps, and driving the adoption of groundbreaking technologies and processes.
You will work at the forefront of biopharmaceutical innovation, ensuring our organization remains competitive in a fast-evolving market.

Must Have Skills:
Master’s or PhD in Science, Engineering or Business or related field5+ years of relevant industry experienceProven track record in building successful innovation strategies, roadmaps, and processesWillingness to travel 10-20%, including internationallyFluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Preferred Skills:
Strong scientific background, with knowledge of biopharmaceutical drug manufacturing processes, including single-use systems, consumables, and services.MBA preferredExceptional analytical skills and business acumen.Ability to collaborate and lead within a complex international network of stakeholders (Commercial, R&D, Product Management, etc.).Results-driven, with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
Preference in MA, but possibly open to remote for the right candidate
Pay Range for this position: $79,900.00 - $172,900.00
Our ranges are derived from several sources, and largely reliant on relevant industry market data. Should we decide to make an offer, we will consider several factors, including but not limited to your location, skills, experience, career level, and other job-related factors.
