Enhance our innovation processes tailored to the LATAM market. Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) such as: Innovation Sufficiency: Ensure sufficient and representative innovation for sales. NPI End-to-End Implementation: Improve time to market. Collaborate with multifunctional teams to foster a culture of innovation 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business/brand management and program management (innovation processes). Proven ability to collaborate effectively, offering constructive feedback to team members for continuous improvement. A strong balance between strategic thinking and execution—able to conceptualize and implement ideas effectively. Proficiency in English is required.
