Customer Solutions & Innovation (CSI) is DHL's cross-divisional commercial and innovation unit. We are responsible for managing about 100 of DHL's largest and most strategically important customers providing them with sector expertise, best in class account management and most innovative products & solutions.

Tasks:
As an Innovation Manager, you will join the global Innovation and Trend Research team at DHL, with Innovation Center locations in Cologne, Singapore, Chicago, and Dubai. You will work with the DHL divisions, customers, startups, and technology partners to explore, develop and implement innovations that will shape the future of logistics.
Principal Accountabilities:
Initiate and drive complex innovation projects that accelerate DHL’s digitalization agenda and strengthens our relationships with key customers and partners.Manage a portfolio of innovation projects which includes the management of both operational pilot projects as well as thought leadership initiatives.Apply your expertise to initiate and manage pilots leverage state-of-the-art technologies such as robotics, internet of things and artificial intelligence.Apply your unique creative skills to thought leadership initiatives including the publication of industry-leading trend reports, the DHL Logistics Trend RadarTM, and show cases at the DHL Innovation Center. This will require working in close coordination with our global innovation teams in Chicago, Dubai, and Singapore.Actively engage with DHL’s key customers through events at the Innovation Centers and at regional conferences.Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Inspired, open-minded and outgoing in character with a passion for innovation and new technologiesMin of 4 years of professional experience in a related field, preferably with a background in consultancy, strategy, logistics, engineering or technologyUniversity Degree in International Business, Engineering, Logistics or Innovation ManagementStrong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate a complex idea in a simple way and encourage people to adopt ideasAbility to assess business cases and business processes with a talent for identifying innovation opportunitiesSelf-motivated and ability to work independently in an analytical and structured mannerInternational mindset; willing to travelExcellent project management, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.Can-do mentality; you don’t hesitate to take initiative and address something hands-on, from developing strategy to being on-site at a logistics operation.Curiosity and a deep desire to grow and learn.Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written abilityYour benefits:
