You will lead overall improvement and excellence in the Innovation and Product Change Process (I2M) for the AMEA region, collaborating with senior leaders across functions and geographies to drive organizational transformation.
**How you will contribute**
You will:
+ Drive process improvements in the Innovation and Product Change Management Process (I2M).
+ Utilize data analytics, process mapping & benchmarking to identify improvement opportunities.
+ Enhance project management toolkits and methodologies (i.e., I2M, Accolade) and ensure deployment across the region.
+ Coordinate with global team on best practices and knowledge sharing between regions.
+ Share I2M best practices and provide feedback to Business Units (BUs) to ensure quality inputs and adherence to processes.
+ Drive Capability building of BU PCM teams and other cross-functional teams in BU and Region related to I2M Process.
+ Collaborate extensively with BU and Regional teams, including Marketing, Finance, R&D, and Supply Chain team.
+ Manage specific regional I2M projects, ensuring delivery on scope, time, and budget.
+ Work with BU and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of Regional and BU SKU rationalization targets.
**What you will bring**

+ 7-10 years of relevant experience.
+ Strong knowledge of change/project management and new product development processes, with a solid understanding of the stage-gate process.
+ Experience driving process improvement in a global corporate environment.
+ Experience working in multicultural teams and influencing senior executive stakeholders.
+ Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, Fluent in English.
+ Understanding of technical, commercial, and financial aspects of the business. Working Knowledge /understanding of linkages and functional interdependencies within the organization.
+ Knowledge, experience, and exposure to best practices in change management.
+ Highly action oriented, drive for results, Analytical, challenging actual set-ups, entrepreneurial ability.
