Innovation Researcher

We are looking for an Innovation Researcher to join the Honeywell Aerospace\nInnovation team to conduct customer-centered research. This role will gather\ncustomer insights / inputs through research, voice of the customer (VOC), and\nmarket information, and translate it into problem statements to inform new\nproduct opportunities and strategies. This role will design and execute a\nvariety of research studies, and deliver customer-focused insights to guide our\ninnovation process. The innovation researcher will report to the Sr Director of\nInnovation and collaborate with product, strategy, sales, design and marketing\nteams to develop tactical plans to continuously identify new business\nopportunities.

Ideally, the candidate for this role will have experience doing market\nresearch and direct input from Aerospace customers, possibly in an engineering,\nprogram management, or sales role.

This role will support all of the SBUs within Honeywell Aerospace.

You will report directly to our Director Offering Management and you'll work\nout of our 1944 E Sky Harbor Circle, Phoenix, AZ location on a 3/2 hybrid work\nschedule. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
