The position includes working with multidisciplinary team members to meet patient needs. This position requires providing services to one or more age populations, including child through geriatric, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served. This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Hospital. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values while supporting the strategic plan, goals, and direction of the Performance Improvement Process / Patient Safety Plan at Blessing Hospital. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education/Training/Experience: REQUIRED: Master's in Counseling or Master's in Social Work or be enrolled within Master's program, application within 12 months of graduation date. Must be willing to obtain LCPC or LCSW within 3 years. PREFERRED: Minimum of two years experience with Psychiatric or Chemical Dependency Patients preferred.
